If you are supplying your own artwork, here are some basic suggestions.

Print Images (Litho) Photographic images for printing are best supplied in CMYK mode at 300dpi (high resolution). Images you wish to include in your artwork should be cropped to the final dimensions (eg 3cm x 4cm). Your image should be no more than 20% (larger or smaller) than the final image to be printed.

NOTE: Many photographic images are now taken on digital cameras. These are often in RGB format (for web and computers) at 72dpi (low resolution). These should be converted to CYMK and 300dpi resolution (in Photoshop or similar) before editing colour otherwise unwanted variations are likely to occur when your artwork is converted for litho printing.

Please supply your artwork as follows –

• with 3mm bleed
• with crop marks
• at least 300dpi
• at the correct height/width proportions
• in CMYK colour mode

please make sure you meet the requirements below. Unfortunately we can only accept certain file formats, this is to ensure accurate reproduction of your artwork. This will also help us process your order and artwork as quickly as possible.

We will notify you if we spot any potential artwork problems or pitfalls. Depending on the complexity of any necessary changes to your artwork, we may be able to make them ourselves, though in some instances we may need amended artwork to be supplied.
